How to Use Akfix 805 Multi Purpose PU Straw Foam

1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust and oil. Lightly moisten the surface to improve adhesion and curing.
2. Can Preparation: Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use.
3. Application:
   • Attach the straw applicator to the can’s valve.
   • Turn the can upside down and press the trigger to release the foam.
   • Apply in layers, allowing each layer to expand and partially cure before adding more.
4. Curing: The foam will be tack-free within 10 minutes and fully cured within 24 hours.
5. Post-Application:
   • Trim excess foam with a sharp knife after curing.
   • For best results, protect from UV exposure by covering with paint or sealant.
6. Cleaning: Uncured foam can be removed with Akfix 800C Foam Cleaner; cured foam must be removed mechanically.
